Give every subscription an owner and context
Record the plan, cost, billing cycle, renewal date, status and owner for the subscriptions your team depends on. Members can then see the context needed to review an upcoming renewal without searching across finance, chat and vendor tools.
Set access at two levels
Workspace roles establish what someone can do in the workspace. View, Use and Manage permissions then control access to a specific subscription. This allows a team to make a shared account useful to the people who need it without making every credential visible to everyone.
Make offboarding more deliberate
When someone leaves, their workspace access can be removed and the offboarding view shows what they could access. The activity log records sensitive actions such as credential reveals, copies and TOTP generation, without storing the secret itself. Read more about the model on the Security page.
